Bishop Elijah Sylvester Valley is the visionary leader and senior pastor of the Lighthouse Christian Faith Centre in Mildenhall and Cambridge, England. A native of Arkansas; he received his early Christian education and training in the Baptist Church. His secular education began in the Helena public school system; he later received the Community College of the Air Forces degree in Aircraft Systems Technology. He attended the University of Maryland where he pursued the Bachelors Degree of Psychology. Bishop Valley is currently enrolled in the Full Gospel Baptist Graduate School of Episcopal Studies pursuing a doctoral degree in Episcopal Studies.

Bishop Valley answered God's call concerning his life in ministry while serving in the United States Air Force. He was licensed and ordained to preach the Gospel, February 1991 and August 1994 respectively. In August of 1997, Bishop Valley was appointed Co-pastor of the Lakenheath Full Gospel Worship Assembly in Lakenheath, England.

In August 1999, he organized the Lighthouse Christian Faith Centre under the spiritual covering and guidance of Bishop J. Alan Neal the European Regional Bishop of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International; thus, becoming the first Full Gospel Baptist Church organized in England. In January 2002, Bishop Valley was appointed to oversee the Full Gospel Baptist Churches located in the countries of The Netherlands and England. Upon the recommendation of Bishop J. Alan Neal, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. and the Bishop's Council of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship he was consecrated to the sacred office of Bishop in November 2004.

Due to the phenomenal physical and spiritual growth of the ministries throughout Western Europe, Bishop Valley retired from a distinguished 25 year military career as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force to completely focus on the ministry. His burning desire to evangelize and plant churches in the region, coupled with his increasing influence throughout Western Europe made his decision to live overseas permanently much easier. Impregnated with vision for prophetic worship, He is anointed to equip church leaders to understand the importance of true worship by raising their consciousness to a deeper commitment to Holiness. Bishop Valley currently serves as the Second Presiding Bishop of Elijah’s Bread Ministries International, headquartered at Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany.

Bishop Valley is married to the former Gloria Beachum of Clovis, New Mexico. They have two adult children: Elijah Jr., who resides in San Antonio Texas with his wife, Cheri and kids, Elijah III, Isaac and Maia, and Natasha, their youngest, who is a sports publicist in Miami, FL.
